River Jones Records is an independent online record shop selling vinyl records, signed records, limited editions, music memorabilia and merchandise.

2. Products & descriptions

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate. For pre-owned, collectible and signed items, we will describe the condition and any significant signs of wear or damage as accurately as possible. Where an item is described as signed, we will provide any available information about its provenance.

3. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products selected. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order where an item is unavailable or there has been an obvious error in its price or description. If payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund. All prices and applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery service and destination.

If your order hasn't been received within 14days please contact us to investigate.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before payment.

5. Returns & cancellation

If you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

We will refund the applicable amount, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been returned, where applicable.You are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless it is faulty, damaged or not as described. Items should be returned in the condition in which they were received. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

6. Faulty or incorrectly described items

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty, damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us and we will resolve the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

7. Signed & collectible items

For signed and collectible products, we will provide relevant information about authenticity, provenance, edition and condition where that information is available to us.

Any known imperfections or signs of wear will be disclosed in the product description where reasonably possible.

8. Pre-orders

Estimated release dates for pre-order products may change. If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund for the affected item.

9. International orders

Where international delivery is offered, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or charges imposed by the destination country.

10. Website & liability

We take reasonable care to ensure that our website and its content are accurate and available. We are not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays or events beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
