When a standard outer sleeve just isn't quite enough, these 12.75″ Dual Pocket Outer Sleeves provide the extra space needed for thicker 12″ record jackets — including most single albums and some double albums.

The clever dual-pocket design keeps the vinyl separate from the jacket. Your record sits in its own open pocket, while the album jacket is protected in a separate pocket with a 60mm tuckable flap.

It’s a simple but highly effective system: less handling of the jacket, less friction and pressure around the artwork, and reduced risk of ring wear over time. It also means you can remove and play your record without repeatedly taking the jacket in and out of its protective sleeve.

Made from premium 4mil Cast Polypropylene (CPP), these sleeves are crystal clear, durable and highly resistant to tearing and creasing. Unlike cheaper plastic films that can become cloudy over time, CPP maintains its clarity, allowing your artwork to remain beautifully visible on the shelf.

The material is also archival-safe and has passed the Photographic Activity Test (PAT) in accordance with ISO 18916, helping to ensure that the storage material will not cause album artwork, inks or printed materials to discolour or degrade over time.

For collectors with thicker pressings, substantial jackets or particularly treasured records, this is a practical upgrade that protects without getting in the way of enjoying your collection.
