DYLAN GOSSETT - RAMBLIN'

Limited Edition Oak Tree Green Vinyl — Signed

Dylan Gossett's Ramblin' is a deeply rooted second studio album from an artist whose music sits comfortably between Red Dirt country, Americana and modern folk. Following the breakthrough of his debut album No Place Like Home, Gossett turns towards the road, homecoming and the places that shape us, drawing heavily on his return to Austin after life on the road.

There is an unpolished, lived-in quality to Gossett's songwriting that gives Ramblin' its character. His songs are built around acoustic guitars, country instrumentation and plain-spoken storytelling, but the record carries the scale and confidence of an artist rapidly finding his own place within the modern Americana landscape.

“Loving You Like That” opens the album before Gossett moves through songs including “Clothesline”, “Headed Back To Austin”, “Love and Such” and the title track “Ramblin'”. The record balances romantic songwriting with reflections on leaving, returning and trying to reconcile the person you were with the person you have become.

The album's connection to Austin and the wider Texas country tradition is particularly important. Gossett's music draws on the storytelling traditions of country and folk while retaining a contemporary edge, placing him firmly within the current generation of artists bringing Americana to a new audience.

This edition is particularly appealing to collectors: the album is pressed on limited-edition Oak Tree Green vinyl and was offered as a signed edition through the official EMI Records store. The distinctive coloured pressing gives the physical release its own character, while the signed format makes this a more collectable version of Gossett's second album. The official EMI listing also limited purchases to four copies per customer.

Ramblin' captures Dylan Gossett at an important point in his development — an album shaped by movement, home and the enduring pull of the road, delivered through the timeless language of country and folk storytelling.
