Indies Exclusive Translucent White 2LP + Signed Print / Art Card

Ezra Collective return with Here Because Of Hope, an ambitious new chapter from one of the most important forces in contemporary British jazz. Building on the Mercury Prize-winning momentum of Where I'm Meant to Be and the celebratory spirit of Dance, No One's Watching, the album finds the London collective continuing to blur the boundaries between jazz, Afrobeat, soul, Caribbean rhythms and modern British music.

At the heart of Ezra Collective's music is a sense of movement — between genres, generations and cultures — and Here Because Of Hope expands that idea into a larger musical statement. The band's intricate arrangements and instinctive chemistry remain central, but the record also makes space for guest vocalists and spoken-word contributions, creating an album that feels both deeply rooted and forward-looking.

The result is music that can be sophisticated without ever feeling distant. Jazz improvisation sits alongside infectious rhythms, powerful melodies and richly layered arrangements, reflecting the diverse musical landscape of contemporary London while drawing on a much wider cultural history.

For collectors, this Indies Exclusive edition is particularly notable for its translucent white vinyl presentation and accompanying signed print / art card. The two-LP set gives the album a substantial physical format, while the signed print adds an additional piece of collectable memorabilia directly associated with the release.

Here Because Of Hope continues Ezra Collective's evolution from a London jazz collective into a band with a genuinely broad cultural and international reach — ambitious, rhythmic and unmistakably their own.
