MUMFORD AND SONS - RUSHMERE
Signed Bloodshot Red Vinyl – Handwritten Lyric by Marcus Mumford
After nearly seven years between studio albums, Mumford & Sons returned in 2025 with RUSHMERE, their fifth studio album and a new chapter for the British folk-rock trio. Co-produced with acclaimed producer Dave Cobb, the record reconnects with the band's roots while embracing a renewed sense of energy, warmth and musical confidence.
From the driving rhythms of Malibu and Caroline to the reflective beauty of Monochrome and Where It Belongs, RUSHMERE balances the anthemic folk-rock sound that first brought the band worldwide recognition with more intimate, emotionally layered songwriting. The album also features Blood on the Page, with Madison Cunningham, adding another dimension to this ten-track collection.
Pressed on striking Bloodshot Red vinyl, this edition is a standout visual addition to any Mumford & Sons collection. But what makes this particular copy especially significant is the personal detail on the sleeve: signed by all three members of Mumford & Sons, with Marcus Mumford adding the handwritten lyric, “Do you think of living wildly.”
The lyric comes from Where It Belongs, one of the album’s more introspective moments, and gives the record a direct connection to Marcus’s songwriting. More than a set of signatures, the handwritten inscription adds an individual touch to an already collectible edition.
For Mumford & Sons fans and collectors of signed music memorabilia, this is a distinctive copy of RUSHMERE, bringing together the band's signatures, the red-vinyl pressing and a handwritten lyric from the album itself.
