SABRINA CARPENTER - MAN'S BEST FRIEND
Opaque Light Blue Vinyl
Sabrina Carpenter’s seventh studio album, Man’s Best Friend, builds on the sharp pop instincts and playful confidence of Short n’ Sweet, while pushing further into the cheeky, retro-inflected sound that has become such a defining part of her recent work.
Released in August 2025, the album opens with “Manchild”, a witty and instantly catchy introduction that sets the tone for what follows. “Tears”, “My Man on Willpower” and “Sugar Talking” combine breezy melodies with Carpenter’s characteristically dry humour, while “We Almost Broke Up Again Last Night” explores the more complicated side of modern relationships.
The second half continues to move between flirtation, frustration and self-assurance. “When Did You Get Hot?”, “Go Go Juice” and “Don’t Worry I’ll Make You Worry” lean into the album’s playful side, while “House Tour” and closing track “Goodbye” provide different shades to the record’s deliberately compact pop world.
Produced with collaborators including Jack Antonoff, John Ryan, Ian Kirkpatrick and others, Man’s Best Friend draws on elements of soft rock, disco, country-pop and contemporary dance-pop. The result is a record that feels polished without losing the irreverent personality that has become central to Carpenter’s songwriting.
This edition is pressed on opaque light blue vinyl and presented in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeve, insert and fold-out poster. The distinctive coloured pressing makes it an appealing physical edition for collectors following Sabrina Carpenter’s rapidly expanding catalogue.
